project namaste is about offering yoga practices and sharing tools that have helped me to feel great and might help you too! The name 'project namaste' originated as a secret code name in my old job at a corporate law firm so I could talk freely about my plans with my friends at work. Shhh...

Urgh, meditation. Do I have to?
